This failed to work under windows 7 using version 2.2.2.3067
I can't understand why anyone would want a splash screen regardless of load time a splash screen does not help its actually makes it feel out of place, you can't hope to replace something so simple and as well integrated as Task manager with something with a splash screen, it should be far easier to disable the splash screen if it were to be kept.

My bad, I missed a line and didn't add it in the main section now that I have it is functioning as mentioned however I do still feel that it should be easier to disable the splash screen via the gui perhaps.
